No body take our bags to the room , we carried all our bags to room , we planned going to temple at early hours and there was no hot water supply , called room service they called after 30 mins to inform hot supply not Available and can I get water in bucket , coze this our entire plan got delayed , while vacating also no on carried ours bags to our car . So totally unsatisfied .

not happy with the staff. Bathrooms were unhygienic. even after complaining no response. Watchmen behave with you very differently if you don't give tips to them. such a pathetic experience I ever had

1)Bedsheets are washed or not is doubtful as some stains are visible. 2)The bathroom needs thorough cleaning as stains on the door and floor are very much visible. Hotel management shall concentrate on this and take action. Food is good.

while the hotel is situated in a nice locality the maintainance of the rooms and bathrooms need major improvement bathroom in our room were not cleaned especially with disinfectants . the walls in the bathroom had not been cleaned and all these were pointed to the front desk . overall all minerva grand has to improve in hygiene. good courteous staff were a big relief
