Location is good, staff behaviour is average.
Geyser not working, TV available in room but not working, Complimentary water for two people was only 1 liter, Power cut but no arrangement of generator.
If compair with price it is too costly.

There was no television connection. The room and toilet were not cleaned properly. the towels were very dirty.

It's ok, not good. Service is Average.
Food is very spicy and average quality. The price of food is too expensive as per the quality.
Amenities are below average: some amenities are not even working conditions such as TV, Intercom, Wi-Fi etc.
Room cleaning service also below average.

Satisfactory!!! Everything was available but not in working condition. Bed was excellent. Staffs had friendly behavior.

I stay for my exam purpose I will recommend complete value for money however Initially AC was not working in my room after that they changed the room and everything was fine. No WiFi facility and hotel location was not near to railway station.

Mr Manish singh, sorry for that time. but current time wifi is avalable in hotel.
