The management us by not providing booked rooms and the owner not responding to our call not a single time even after calling 10 times. Instead of providing the room for 7 guest they provided only for four and the person at the reception denied to answer any question and asked to block the hotel from booking if we are capable. Even the rooms given are with very worst maintenance. This may not be taken seriously by the management team for us it's very serious thing 😡

worst stay in my life. rooms where not ready on time, cleaning staff was not there. toilet facilities are so poor. not recommended to anyone. we check out immediately after we entered the room. don't go to it

We reached the hotel at 10:30 am, but since the check-in time was 12:00 pm, they asked us to pay an extra ₹200. We told them we would check out the same day at 6:30 pm, and then they allowed us to check in early.
However, every time we went outside, they would turn off the AC and the washroom electricity. When we returned to the room, they did not turn it back on automatically—we had to ask them each time. We went outside twice, and both times they turned off both the AC and washroom power. Whe ...more

I was supposed to leave at 11:00 in the morning, but I had to work, so I took extra hours. They told me until 7 in the evening that it would be an extra 500. I said, "Okay, I'll pay." I said, "I'll pay then." I didn't have time to check out. We said, "You're working three hours extra." They said, "If it's 500, then I'll pay.". They took extra money, even though it was 400 rupees, but there is no such courtesy. Today, there is no power in it.

mkr residency is budget hotel. it was very peaceful and calmful stay at mkr residency. the distance from temple will be approx. 10 minute walk. i can recommend the hotel if you are planning for one or two day darshan.
