The stay at Mohan Palace Hotel Dalhousie was average as the service was really slow. We called several times for basic amenities such as toiletries and water bottles but it took a lot of time for the hotel staff to provide us with those things. Moreover, ice cream wasn't available in the restaurant even in the month of June. Food is good & price is reasonable. Hotel rooms are small. No room number was mentioned on it. The menu card was not placed in the room. The stay was however comfortable.

Rooms were not ready for check-in. Even basic amenities were missing. We have to ask for everything.

I had a pleasant stay here. They helped in early check in and the amenities were also provided and they did helped us manage our schedule. the sitting area is really amazing with swings and they play dj and everything at night.
However the only thing we didn't liked was early check in lead us to a dirty room where we did get ready so that we can leave. Also the new room had a leaking sink and it was really difficult to use the sink for brushing and other stuff.
It's safe secure. no question asked about being couple .

located in a nice place. close to Gandhi chowk. Tv was not working. even the hotel staff couldn't fix it. food was good.

3rd grade hotel.. I will never recommend this hotel specially to newly married couples.. no proper room service... they don't even provide a single bottle of water...no cleaning...money will get fully wasted.... feel like a railway chamber... highly compact room... mood totally spoiled...
