1. When I entered, I asked receptionist , is there any security guard over night for car parking safety , she replied very rudely she said :- सारे यही है । what it means, it means whole staff will remain at gate .?2. No waiter guides you towards ur room, u have to locate at ur own3. Waiter doesnt bother to reply, when u call him, even after complain4. No exhaust fans in washroom, so becomes tough in winter after bathing. Room got full of smoke 5. Food :- Salt box empty, Parantha just chilled, seems that it was not fresh and had been made , two hours earlier

I wouldn't recommend this hotel in COVID time. In case planning to save money you can go ahead. Reasons: Bathroom was not clean there was used towel and commode was very dirty, It created doubt even on bedsheets. At 11pm we called reception to get bottle water he rudely asked to dial 111 ,at 111 they prendend this is another room so don't call. In night we could nt sleep bz of noises in hall way. The reason I gave 2 rating because one staff was helpful enough in providing working heater after lot of struggle.
