    room was not at all worth it, fan was not at all up to the need, bare minimum required cleanliness was maintained, does not justify the price, location and water service was good only, although staff was cooperative but still no resolution for the fan in summer and power

    Location wise excellent. Both Ram Jhula and Parmarth Niketan is approx 600 metre walking distance. Hospitality is very Good. Staffs are polite, cooperative and Very very good. A Very good place to stay with family. Have tasty foods in their restaurant. The only issue is that they do not serve food in the room and waiting time for food preparation is long. Best stay in Rishikesh

    Worst Experience . We booked two AC rooms and AC was not working. When I asked them to check our room AC . They told us that AC is working . Though the AC was showing temperature 25 but it was not working at all . The staff was explaining to us that 25 is the temperature of the room. He was making a fool of us the whole time. The whole staff didn't even care about our problem . Also washrooms are not even clean . Please if you are coming with your family then don't go for this hotel . Its not ...more

    very good experience. Near to Ram jhula & Near to Chotiwala restaurant. Very close to Swarga Ashram. All staff is very friendly. I recommend that must come and visit here.

    worst hotel seen in my life. No towels given by reception. mud in washroom, TV not working and after complaining manager sd that their wire is damaged. Paid for deluxe room and we were given standard room. Complete waste of my hard earned money.

    This Hotel is a cheat. Due to heavy influx of tourists, he gave us a room two levels below the category we had booked. On my complaint, only after Police intervention he gave me the accomodation I had paid for. The Front Desk Manager did not attend us for upto 30 minutes after we reached, ....

    The best thing about the hotel is LOCATION.. Rooms are good, rest average! Staff is polite. Balcony is the advantage! Hotel is suitable for solo travellers and group of friends and the families as well.
