Room was not as good as shown in the pics also has not sufficient light available. Bathroom was neat and clean.
Resturant service is not up to mark...service was very poor. They kept you waiting for more than half an hour and they wil forget some of your orders. Management should look into it.

poor beds ! the hotel needs a renovation. really outdated one .
i am sure that the hotel rooms has never been renovated since it opened 25 years ago.

in washroom, wash basin tap was not proper, we need to turn it on/off again and again from below hook. rooms and other
service is good though. there was electricity issue also causing television to turn off every minute due to electricity flickering

hotel room is very good and has many room amenities like kettle, tea/milk/sugar &sugar free pouch for self serving two cup of tea. bathroom is good, with toilet accessories (bathing/dental/shaving kit). room is neat and clean, had ample space and bed size was also good. the hotel has a Bar too and room service is also provided from bar. only disappointing thing to me was the price of food was on higher side, specially if someone is staying solo. It is within city area , not may good choices if one is wishing a hotel within city.
