    I had a small issue regarding parking where i had to park somewhere else and had to carry my bags and children to the room...except the parking issue everything else was fine...and they were considerate enough to upgrade my room too...had a wonderful experience and the maintenance was also good with apt service...thank you

    sorry i have not taken any photos, overall good stay experience, one thing i can suggest only one lift for 6 floors for restaurant, bouquets hall and for rooms lift capacity is good but moving slowly. that’s it

    i have booked 2 rooms for 4 adults and when i reached there they told me you have booked 2 rooms for 3 adults and even i showed them goibibo confirmation as 4 adults also mentioned there still they refused to let us stay with 4 adults and hotels washroom was also not well toilet flush was not working i dont have any pics of that
