not good room ,door of bathroom was not closing, no slope for water drain, telephone is so far from bed, staff rangs the bell for room service for soo long it we don't even want to open the door, do not disturb button was not working, mattress was completed bad i got back pain in second day 😞

the hotel and the room were very good. only the receptionists showed attitude. they were not respectful, especially the guy with the glasses (i didn't catch his name). other than that, the stay was good.

Good stay.. Even the Front Office team seem to be trained now. Service is as usual prompt. I hope the management does something about the mosquitoes though..

there was a bit delay in check in i had to wait 40 min to check in that to in gostays hotel

Ok type hotel.. not so good. self checkin process. No one is there to bring your laugag to the room. Lift not functioning properly. At restaurant no one will help you to serve the lunch.
