Hot water is not available, We need to beg them , Bath room door no lock and no hand , Booked Deluxe room , but given standard room , no drinking water facility, Bed rolls not changed and old used ones are maintaining , Too many cockroaches in the room and on bed . Poor response from hotel staff if we ask anything.

This is not the first time in this hotel, I have stayed here in 2017. But this time the hotel rooms and service quality have degraded much more than the last time I have visited the hotel.
The room I was at first allocated was smelling bad, then I requested to change the room and they gave me another room, which had an open window but now the washroom was in a bad position. The water heater was not working.
But I appreciate that they changed my room on my request.
I hope hotel management can take proper care of small things and make this hotel in good shape.

Was not maintained at all. The bathroom was smelly. There was a window in the bathroom with no curtain.

Not for family, only alcoholic atmosphere, take room with breakfast and dinner,
1st hotel said order anything we will serve u in ur room but after order hotel try to charge money for the dinner but goibibo help usin this matter, and in morning breakfast they give us 2 aloo Paratha+ 1 sandwich and 1tea fix, which they didn't tell us at the time to check in.
