Hospitality and Services are very good. Food was tasty. We had to leave for the airport at 3.30 a.m early hours of 07-12-2024. We were worried about getting a cab on time at such an odd and chilly hours.
Mr Sunny the manager booked cab for us and asked the driver to be at hotel at 3.00 a. itself. In addition to that he assured us that he himself would drop us at the airport , Driver came on time dropped us in chilly weather at 9 degrees celsius. Thus we enjoyed our stay there.

Very good hotel, check in experience was good, staff were very polite and helpful, and food was just awesome. Rooms were clean and everything was upto the mark. Just 5 minutes from Chandigarh railway station once you exit the parking area. Highly recommended.

The parking area is huge for Chandigarh Railway station so it takes 200-250 metres to come out to the main road from the railway station. Thereafter it's just another 200 metres away from the hotel. Walking distance if you have very little luggage. Hotel food is good and cheap. The rooms were clean. The staff were polite. If you are planning for a tour don't take from the outside tour agencies. book Uber/Ola it's readily availble

Location is 10 min walk from station.
The staff is okay, might be nagging at times.

average experience. paid extra 1000 rs for early check in. paid extra 300 rs for room heater. AC didn't work.
