The Hotel is neither "a resort" nor "Shangri-la" . fake identity to attract bookings. The service is extremely poor. The worst thing is cleanliness and hygiene. The pricing is of a 4 to 5 star hotel, while quality is that of a 2 star hotel. The staff is although very friendly and polite. But either they aren't trained in hospitality or there is no manager to guide /over-see their work. Restaurant hygiene is very poor, no printed menu, and service retarded.
