Food and Room was very good. Hospitality was okay. Had to wait for almost 30 mins to checkin even though we arrived 90 mins after checkin start time (reason less staff to clear rooms. Shower is almost 10 feet high for a small bathroom (sort of meaningless). Water logging happens near the hotel even with small rain.

excellent hotel and staff . very comfortable and in a nice wide lane so no high traffic or noise . wide windows for day light to come . good big elevator , car parking is in front of hotel or on side road , no problem. breakfast is quick working type and good tasty . i loved our stay here in mount grande , chennai . very close to feather's hotel , miot hospital . just few minutes walk .

i had a disappointing experience at this hotel. while the rooms were clean, the food i received was expired. when i requested a replacement, they initially changed it but seemed to serve me the same food again. upon bringing it back, the staff did not respond properly or take my concern seriously. this was unacceptable, and i would not recommend dining here.

good clean hotel, very conveniently located, especially for business traveller visiting nearby IT Parks. Super friendly staff. some minor improvements required like tissue roll in toilet, mosquito control and repellent in room. Linen was very clean. worth the cost..

1.The hotel offered 24hr checkin checkout but didnt offer it to me as i had booked 2. The complementary breakfast was below average3. Hot water was not available in bathroom even after complaining to the reception.

Unclean rooms, smelly. They did not even clean our room. They did not have breakfast at the hotel. They order from outside and served us in pathetically cutlery. Very very bad.
