very poor service, dinner only roti daal takes one and half hour,no soap in bathroom then myself went to reception for soap,no light in bathroom it's really a bad experience,it's really terrible

The worst experience, I have ever had. Manager was rude and denied checking in even though I have a booking. Add to that, he was asking me to cancel the booking. when threatened to call customer care, he provided one room. Room was in the worst condition with no facility promised.

It's very pathetic there is no water supply.Without fresh we left the hotel.There is no room serviceI want my money refund anyway. It's very pathetic and horrible without water supply and minimum requirements

Firstly We were shown one room and given another . Secondly the sheets and the covers didn't seem tidy , there were cockroaches running on the sheets . And Lastly the washroom seemed to be used , prior to us acquiring the room .

"Don't ever book this hotel".Room was not cleaned, AC was not working, and they fined me 300 for this towel as it's dirty u can see in photo. Food was worst. No wifi as mentionedCharging extra for everything.

Absolute worst. Not cleaned, insect roaming here and there. No good service. It's like a motel. No morning breakfast. They bring breakfast from a roadside dhaba which is not eatable. I can't give even 0 star to this service

Very horrible experience. I had booked a suit room with breakfast. Whatever amenities listed here, nothing was provided.
Basic amenities like hot water in bathroom was not there, no phone in the room, when i asked for it hotel people said we will give u our mobile number to call at reception, no wifi, no mini bar, no refrigerator, no electric kettle even in the room.The room door was like some 80s door with broken lock, I asked them to change the room, which they didnt do till 4pm and on repeate ...more
