Pathetic. Mattresses stinks all the time. Onsite being shown something else and giving something else. Never recommend this to anyone.

The hotel is in main market and walkable you don't need to worry about location. It has parking for 3-4 cars. The room are decent.They told that they have upgraded by room but I don't think so as I have booked upper category due to 2 person and 2 kids.
The room was having balcony and view was great. They have given room in 1st floor which was below if they would have given room in 3rd or 4th floor the view of mountain would have been more better overall it was good. Need to improve basic things and amenities like bottle water, better door lock from inside room, etc.

Located in centre of Maclo. Nice place to stay. Parking is but congested. Staff is lovely and very cooperative.

Never had such a worst experience in any hotel in my life.
1. Broken furniture
2 Drinking water not provided on arrival
3. No toilet paper provided
4. No electric kettle
5. Limited choice of breakfast even if it was included in my price
6. Intercom was not working
7. Limited parking space.. Driver ended up to park his car on streets
8. Dirty bedsheets and pillow

Rooms was neat and clean and well maintained you can enjoy breathtaking of view of bhagsu hills and food quality is good as well as room service go for it.

Hotel is not worth the money, premium rooms are not premium at all, I have got normal rooms like lodge, though food is excellent and balcony view is good.
