Overall experience was really good.
The only concern we had that the washroom was constantly smelling like drainage the entire time of our stay. They can just work on that part.
Good part are:
1. Staff was really supportive.
2. Parking was available and they helped carrying our luggage to our rooms.
3. Constantly checking up on us for food, breakfast lunch n dinner.
4. Smooth reception check in n check out.
5. Helped us with the scooty.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and it was comfortable and no complains as such.
I would recommend this definitely to others.

it is value for money,only disadvantage is that it is apx 2 km from mall road mussorie so we have to book cab to visit mall road as there is parking problem in mall road

1. Service was horrible. They gave me uncooked dal. Food quality was very poor especially tea. rates were too high. At one instance they forgot my order.
2. Room maintenance was horrible. I had to remind them to clean my room. Towel quality was poor.
Thay have employed kids staff. I asked for water and they brought me soda, so you can imagine the professionalism
I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Property is new so ambience is good. Otherwise a horrible stay.
