i got the different room from the actual images showing in app, not managed properly, room was too small, not properly arranged breakfast, they bought from the outside side , & gave to us , no serving nothing. 🙁

room thik thak tha gijar work nhi kr rha tha reception par call krke bola par koi aadmi nhi aaya thik karne or bathrum me shower ka nal tuta hua tha location wise thik h hotel but suvidha me kaafi below hai.

I CAN EVEN SAY WORST EXPERINCE****SO, where can I start, let’s start from the beginning.1. Check In : - So My booking is for Mountain view room including breakfast, at the time of check-in Staff at the reception told , that the guest was about to check out at 12:30 and once the guest checked out they will shift us to the other room , so they offered us room number 202 (NO MOUNTAIN VIEW /normal room) , So, I said ok for sometime, then around 1 or 1:30 I called to reception to ask for the shift ...more
