We booked executive room with Balcony. They provided us the dirtiest room ever. Even the 3 star hotels provide better facilities in terms of hygiene. The room was not clean and eateries were lying on the floor. The furniture in the balcony was full of stains from the eaten food and cigerette ash was on the both the chairs. The Dustbin in the bathroom was full of unbreathable stink like it was not cleaned for years. The bathroom was also very small. Overall the experience was very bad . I was not expecting this from a 5 star hotel.

Rooms were OK however food was pathetic and staff at Hotel were not cooperative. Even the intercom was not working and I have to carry my luggage while checking out

Stayed here for a night but trust me you can never find such a bad 5 star hotel.
Room was stinking, toilet exhaust not working, sink chocked, dirty as hell, even corridors were extremely dirty. Old furniture with layers of dust.,AC was making noise.
Regarding breakfast…TRUST ME… you will be disappointed in the mrng itself..less variety with bad taste.
