They had given a suit room which a paint bucket in the middle of the room to collect dripping water from roof. Changed to inferior room on complaint. Refused to refund the balance. Offered a change of room to original type late in the evening after we unpacked. Overall unethical, rooms old, very noisy and not worth it.

Broken toilet fittings,no shower wall mixture, refused toilet roll,Wet room when checked in, dirty bed linen, unfriendly and rude staff right from reception to room service.

Rooms were nice and clean and also size of the room were big. Need upgradation of restrooms. They did not provide the basic toiletries which must be a concern at times.

I travelled for 10 hours and reached to hotel thinking that Mourya is one of the best hotel in Ongole and can have some peaceful environment. However, it has been loosing this quality due to service and staff specifically receptionist whose behaviour was very rude with customers. I was surprised for 1 sec to see such a kind of behaviour in Mourya. Hope, higher management can look into it to avoid such a situation with other customers.

Never make a mistake of staying in this hotel,Very poor hotel, costing 3.3k for very poor quality room, no seperate lounge for breakfast, given token for adj.mess that too very crowded..
Very bad experience at this hotel..
