I have booked together 2 rooms with ac super deluxe cottage but give me 2 separate rooms ac deluxe and ac super deluxe.I tried to explain it many times since morning to night on 15th nov but they were not able to resolve my problem.instead I checkin at 8pm (already 6hrs late) and even there I waited 1hrs again for there response...very bad experience

Good location,clean and spacious rooms with all modern amenities Well mannered and courteous staff Excellent food Awesome surroundings with lush greenery and lake Swimming pool was also clean however, needs more attendance with respect to safety aspects and provision of pool accessories like floaters, towels and safety guard Most of their guests were families special attention for kids was also provided
