only issue is with food, they don't have kitchen, but rooms were good and clean, service was also good.

Hotel situated at nice location, the stay was good but they are not providing food to guest, even denied for tea also, in serch shows meal option but there is no resturant or food facility available, canteen is there but staff using that for thair personal use, they should delete meal option in serch,acept this overall experience was good

This hotel is at best location in pachmarhi but there is no restaurant. Even for tea one has to find another hotel or drink milk powder tea. Very petty things are required that there is no stand in washroom to keep toothbrush. Exhaust was not working. Professional Maintenance is required at this property. Overall as per location this is a good hotel.

There is no food available in cottage, but near several restaurants are available. beta bawarchi, chopati are best don't like navratan restaurant. Cottage location is awesome. sukoon, awesome view.
