stay was good, the location was great we were expecting a better breakfast experience but it was nice. non ac rooms are difficult to accommodate since it has seepage. monkeys are a big concern , they are everywhere in the hotel.

Stay was really fantastic. Very near to Ram Ghat. The whole property is well maintained. The Garden is also well maintained. Restaurant was neat & clean & food was also tasty, only catch I felt that the food price was on a little bit higher side. Overall it's good.
