Everything was so professional. The staff treated us like family. The uncle ji who handles catering is a gem of a person. The food that was served to us was super delicious and they customised the food as per our liking. The hotel is quite spacious and has a beautiful built. We enjoyed and stay here and we will be booking this place again in our future trips to Ujjain as well Family friendly, as my family has senior citizens, the lift facility was available. The staff didn't let us carry our luggage neither while checkin nor at checkout. Overall this was a priceless experience.

very good property, spacious, well maintained rooms, very good value for money rates ,lifts are sqeaky and during our stay Tandoor was not available in restaurant.

at mpt ujjaini, room was not cleaned even after due check in time. i reached around 3:30 p.m., moreover quilt & linen were dirty having lots of spots. cattle for water bottle was not working. staff is tooooo lazy to respond. horrible experience will not try mpt ujjaini next time
