Hotel is present in a Good Location Hotel staff is good and prompt. Too many stray dogs Rooms can be better.

Stay was good only when you consider the location & the scenic beauty around. But the price paid really doesnt justify the so called luxurious tents. to start with, the bedsheet had multiple holes in it. The fan in the room wasnt working, the mattress on the bed was extemely uncomfortable, which left me with a terrible back ache the next morning. Far from the Igatpuri station so required to hire a vehicle if you not have it of your own...But it's beautiful place to stay and very pleasant environment...

Location is awesome..view is great facing vaitarna lake.. they just provide u with bathing soap n towel.. no other toiletries provided .. food is just ok.. need to take package with breakfast n dinner as no other hotels nearby.. reaching the location before sunset is recommended..they should provide with some activities within the hotel.. good for a weekend break

Best location to stay.. limited food menu which is ok considering the location.. staff was nyc and helpful but need proper training.. only negative point they don't provide basic room amenities they don't have even toothpaste. Peaceful environment.

This place was better than portrayed on sites. We as a couple enjoyed the weekday (Friday) stay as it was less occupied compared to sat when it seemed to be full. Not much to do around the place just kayaking offered by hotel. However lake is just few steps away for some good clicks.
