Ambience cleanliness, everything is good. Few concerns are with management. They are not polite. Their behaviour is worst. While one of the amenities swimming pool is available for all the guest management has arranged a pool site party on a single day for two companies management has said initially pool course for the day and later the inform pool will open after six one of the other company used the pool till six in the evening and other company has used to pull from the rest of the whole nigh ...more

The Resort is good for family . The food was awesome. The staff are so helpful and supportive. Overall it's good for a relaxing time for family when you want to get rid of the city life.

The room door was jammed, everytime executive had to help us open. The room was dirty, the bed sheets were stained. Front desk was unresponsive. The commode was broken and fell apart. Had a very bad experience. The hotel needs to be renovated. Tea cups were broken. The walls in the room were cracked. The buffet was unavailable and the staff were unwelcoming.
