All facitiles are good, only the quality of room service needs improvement. Ask for tea, they bring it in a cup covered with aluminium foil instead of in a tea pot, food is brought but no plates or cutlery and you have to separately request for it. Room cleanliness is a bit compromised as you can see undusted spots here and there.
These are some basic service attitudes which would make a stay delightful.

If you know that your construction work is going on behind my room then why did you give me that room.. Till 10 o'clock at night the sound of drill, cutter and hammer keeps coming continuously..
First of all your room is unnecessarily expensive...and on top of that this facility....wow

I had comfortable stay. Breakfast is not a buffet. It’s only room service and not great at all. room are good and spacious. Staff is good and location is awesome….

Really nice Hotel.. Very polite staff.. also on good location.. Rooms were also neat and clean.. Food is also nice.. Room service is very fast.. Overall very good experience of staying here..
