Disappointing Stay at MTDC AurangabadI recently booked two deluxe suite rooms with complimentary breakfast at MTDC Aurangabad Unfortunately, my experience was subpar.Upon arrival, I found the rooms to be satisfactory, but the staff (all females) were rude and uncooperative. When I asked for toiletries, they claimed it wasn't part of the room package, despite being mentioned . hotel and staff were excellent.
on checking in we got room 106 ajanta. after an hour my husband went out to buy water. i had just left the bathroom and closed the door and i heard the sound of breaking glass. the bathroom glass had shattered due to negligence by construction wk behind the room. it had shattered. nobody checked if occupant was hurt. unfortunately my intercom was not working. it took me time to google number and inform the reception. staff apologised as did manager. also this mtdc ...more

Extremely dirty lobby as well as room. When we asked about this, we were told that some construction work is going on. In the complementary breakfast, we were given just one small aloo paratha. When we asked for one more, we were told that it will be chargeable. No room service available. One of the two TVs in the luxury room was not working. Very weak water pressure in the taps.

Renovation going on in the entire property, rooms have been hurriedly made ready for tourists in half done condition, dirty rooms, passages, staircase full of dust, mortar, cement. Rooms are not clean, lacks basic amenities like door bathroom mats, intercom, room service etc. My repeated request to change the room Or upgrade it, also went to deaf ears.

We have stayed in MTDC Aurangabad from 25.12.24 to 27.12.24. MTDC Aurangabad is just 5 minutes walking from railway station. Location is very good. we stayed in ellora executive suites.
Room was spacious and clean but bathroom was messy. THERE IS NO ROOM SERVICE. NO WIFI IN ELLORA WING. however you can take parcel from their Kailasha restaurant.
