I had booked the place because your ad showed a swimming pool. On going there it was learnt that the pool has been closed and under repair since long.
We stayed there for hardly an hour. A sheer waste of money, time and energy.
Feeling cheated.

Absolute let down. The whole atmosphere of the hotel is a dampener to your spirits. The campus is unkempt.
Had to carry my own luggage. No toiletries. No hot water in the bathroom. No option for food. We agreed to pay extra for breakfast but was informed not possible.
The hotel has a big area & one can do wonders with such a huge property but no one in MTDC is giving a thought.

Third class property, rooms ,restaurants and services are pathetic. Unhygienic and dirty rooms and restaurant food. Morning breakfast is horrible only upma and missal paw no other options are available. Not recommended to anyone. This is the result of corruption in government organisations.

It's very good for those who wants to live in nature surrounded by hills and dam, and peacefull stay. Also good is tasty and good quantity but limited options are there. Nearby meal options are there which is also good.
Overall experience is good.

mtdc can never disappoint you in terms of views and location. This is one of best place in when you think for weekend getaway with you family. It is just 600m away from two lake boating clubs.

Restaurant has very limited food items and has restricted timing. No other food options available in the vicinity. Rooms are nice. Amenities are not that much maintained

Not worth at all, the condition of the resort is worst. Specially the rooms, washrooms and cafeteria need to revamp. The food is also limited.

Very worst resort, kitchen is very unhygienic, food quality is very bad, unpleasant smelling in the restaurant, no other alternative options for food nearby. I checked in at 11 am and checked out at 5 pm and shifted to another resort in Lavasa. Never book this resort.
