Overall goodstay. Peaceful area. From balcony you got amazing view. you can view the amazing town from the resort. Rooms are very clean. Good washroom but washroom tiles need little cleaning. Cordial staff, Good Service. Ample parking space. Cordial staff

Very pathetic hotel. Even hotel staff reacts like jailer. Very bad hotel person even do not have sense to react with customer. Never ever stay there. Might harm you also.

I informed them that i m reaching at 6 am then also i have stand outside the hotel for 1 hour as hotel gate was locked and no phone is not working. Even room was not good. Pillow missing blanket was not clean.

This is an overpriced property and yes there are not many options in Mandi to stay so I guess that is the reason why it is overpriced. Location is good and property is also .. this is the only resort/hotel which has asked may to pay INR 400 extra over my booking to upgrade me to an A/C room saying that I booked a non a/C room ..

Dust on tables nd everywhere in super deluxs room. Ordinery ac no remote nd switch to cantrol cooling. Goibibo also charged more then which hotel provided. Hotel also not co oprate we are your customer if u hv booking of super deluxe room then u charge diffrence but they charged from ur. Lot of smell in bathrooms. I m not happy wid resort.
