I had made my booking at Mussoorie Heights hotel yesterday. I took a scooty on rent from Mussoorie Heights hotel. Ok, I had made a video of the scooty key outside the scooty but I did not know that the sheet lock of the scooty was broken from inside. I came and told the key hotel manager, that it is done, the scooty key sheet lock is broken but whatever will be the cost inside, I will pay 50% of it, but the hotel manager was very rude and was repeatedly telling me that you do not have to pay so ...more

hotel is situated at the top of the hill it is very hard to reach at the hotel without any vehicle, hotel is providing vehicle to pick and drop but when we call to pickup no number was working which hi provided at the app. wrost experience. is it also outside the area . I m suggesting if you are not coming with your own vehicle,avoid this booking , Nxt day we checked out and Got too much good hotel at mall road in too much less cost
