Hotel interior design and cleanliness was very dirty as well as blanket which they provide for sleeping.My experience was very bad 👎

it's was a fantastic property Recommended by Goibibo. Yeah Really it was nice and clean with good staff behaviour and receptionist... budget friendly

The ventilation was poor. There was no help provided for luggage during morning check out. The receptionist quite rudely mentioned that there is no staff available even to help out senior citizens in bringing their luggage to the ground floor.

Bad experience. It doesn't qualify for a 3-star hotel. Deluxe Rooms are tiny and not sound-proof which they claim are. They didn't even offer water when I went for check-in and made me wait for 30 minutes at reception area as I was unhappy with their rooms and service so I wanted to cancel it. As expected, They denied first to cancel the booking then I had to contact Goibibo. Thanks to Goibibo that I could cancel my booking for 1 day out of 2 days which I booked.

Hot water was not available in bathrooms in peak winter. situated at worst location (In front of bus stand) and very congested. average service. Cleanliness is good. The rooms and toilet size are not as shown in photos on web site and charges of rooms are too high. this delux room should be of maximum ... rs.

This is hotel is the worst one....Staff are terrible....front desk guys were worst and indifferent..i went with family and they have no consideration...rooms were not clean ...gloomy ambience...it is a mess in the middle of messy location... it was written that it has parking but it didnt had one.... the staff was very irritating ....there was no lift..... they said they don't serve lunch.... no free Wi-Fi ...guys don't book this hotel at all...even the wifi is worst...
