I had a terrible experience at Myspace Express Sri Balaji, Rajajinagar on the night of 12th. I had booked a room around 8 PM and reached the property by 10:15 PM after a long 9-hour journey. Shockingly, the staff initially claimed that no room was available. Only after showing my booking voucher did they reluctantly provide me with a room.The room was in an appalling state clearly not cleaned after the previous guest. It was really good experience.Value for money in this location.I had stayed near by hotels for last few months and this is the best for a solo traveller for business with best price/quality

very bad experience, tv is not working, wall of the room leaking, ac remot was not working after complaint three times they changed my room and it evening when it ends.. after that no glass was available in the room and requested for a glass the told me will send to room but not got and second time asked for a glass, they told me they are going for eating after that they will give. i asked them if they provide a glass i can take but didnt. after one hour i went to the reception but that time rec ...more
