The hotel's location is good, the food was tasty, especially the breakfast in the morning. The staff was very polite, and the service was excellent. The only issues were with the Wi-Fi and the TV not working. Overall, it was a good experience.

As we booked elite package , we were expecting a better service but instead,we were not recieved good hospitality and check in was not provided on time .. staff was just so ignorant , we have to give almost one hour to get our room ready and then no amenties were given ,the mosturizer staff gave was smelling horrible just had to return it , tea was also very bad . no one is in reception from 10-8 am in the morning

divine by the lake is at very fantastic location, looked mount view in evening is so wonderful. n hotel service + room is very clean n excellent interior.

it was really a nice experience with beautiful view outside. there were all the amenities in the room and great service.
thank you divine hills for such wonderful experience
and one more thing, breakfast was too yummy
