Early check in is chargeable basis. No intercom is available.Room is not working. Even update at reception regarding room tv is not working and intercom is available in the but no one care about it. overall my stay experience is too bed

Room, bed & bathroom were nicely cleaned. Very helpful and cooperative staff. Heter water is available in bathroom. Location also is great. Room was little small as we were big family with kids. But I had a great stay with family. Thank you so much!

It's absolutely good hotel. Only issue is with the service. We are group of 8 people and booked four rooms in the hotel. They started to clean and arrange rooms after our arrival at 10pm and delivered after 20mins. I have to carry my own water bottles to the room and also when asked for cutlery to have dinner they gave it after 40mins. When asked for hot water at night they said it will be available only in the morning but after 11:30 pm hot water started coming. complete mismanagement otherwise good stay.

good location with parking
service is good
cons -
1.rooms are too small compared to the price charged.
2. non-ac room fan is non functional as shown in the image. no ceiling fan. you cannot survive the heat in summer in such room. I had to shift to ac room with high charges forcefully.
3. lift is old model with only 3 people can fit maximum.
4. washroom water logging problem. also lock was broken in non-ac room.
suggestions - try other hotel at same price range with better rooms.
