    we got a room in the 3rd floor. lift facility available till 2nd floor only and so had to climb stairs to reach the room. the stairs were too steep.the room had connectivity to adjacent rooms and therefore experienced too much noise from other rooms. the connecting door entry to be made noise proof when shut. the geyser in the bathroom was not working. no stay facility for drivers is available. plus car parking is very limited.

    it's located in a prime. The staff are very polite and respectful.but the size is very small. can't even stand at the movement.

    Amazing experience with the hotel. Rooms has great ambience and maintenance is very good. Check out policy is not at 12 o clock, it's 24 hours from the check in time which is great move. Staff behaviour and hotel maintenance.

    Good Stay.. Smaller rooms however neat n clean. One of the cleanest hotel rooms in Tuticorin. Hotel surroundings not that great. Very busy roads and congested.

    check in 29.10.2022 night 12.15 and check out 30.10.2022 night 8.15 but they charged 2 days from me at the time of check out very bad experience for me
