Nice spacious and clean rooms. They have a hall with sofa inside a room! The location of the hotel is about 10-15 km away from Guhagar beach, so it is better if you have your own vehicle. Also, they provide hot water from 7AM to 9AM only, which was useless for us as we wanted to take a shower in the evening after spending time at beach. They didn't provide hot water even after many requests.

Unclean rooms n late room service thou hardly 2-3 rooms were occupied. Tv was not working due to insufficient balance. No breakfast as no restaurant attached to it. Need to walk for 10mints. Good thing is room sizes are big but not maintained well. Clock was not working after we request he replaced battery .
