One of the worst stay I've ever had. No proper staff assistance. No basic toiletries available in the room. Swimming pool was full of algae. Excessive and unreasonable charges for ice bucket and water bottles. When tried to return the bottle, FnB manager refused to take back. After a bit of heated discussion, he got rude and very inappropriate and gave a statement "Ni karunga wapas jo karna h kar le"

Good to look at from outside otherwise it is one of the worst hotel.. I had checked in at hotel with family at 11pm in the night. I had booked 2 rooms and both the rooms were at different floors then also the AC of both the rooms stopped working at 12 in the night. in 1 room the ac got repaired in the morning at 10 am and other room the ac did not worked at all. This is the 4th or 5th time I've checked in to Nandan Kanan for our periodic religious trip to Dewas. Was highly disappointed with the property. So far it had always been a clean and welcoming experience. This time however, right from the time of getting out of the car, we were surprised to see such a big degradation of standards - pictures attached for reference. I recently spent a few days at Nandan Kanan Resort, and it was a wonderful escape into nature with a lot to offer. The resort grounds are beautifully landscaped, with lush greenery and well-kept gardens that create a calming, serene environment. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-furnished, adding to the overall comfort of my stay. The staff was friendly, attentive, and quick to respond to any requests, which made me feel genuinely welcomed.
