I want to shift another hotel. No service. Hot water not provided. Drainage problem. Bathroom is full of water 24 hrs. I want refund of 25th amount. Reply at earliest.

booking was for three person but they didn't provide extra bed and bigger room, when talk about it they said they will return the money and find new place at night 12. rooms were small the bed sheet towels were dirty.

hotel is new & good and also in front of varanasi cant railway station lane .
room and washroom is also very clean , staff behaivour good.
