very bad service provided by hotel washroom not clean lights no working properly & tv not working very disappointed behaviour by staff i suggested goibibo we are trust your app but these kind of the hotel provides by you it's not good for your reputation

the rooms were like a dorm, you are taking 6k for a dorm room where you just placed extra single beds to make money, the balconies were open to a construction area without any safety. The room had mosquitoes and staff didn't do anything for that claiming they are not harmful, you can stay with those big size mosquitoes flying in your room. In the name of room service, they will not have anything you ask for, their answer for everything is, that thing is finished. Even for water, they asked people from other room to fill their bottles from the tap in our room, instead of providing the service.

It's quite old property, reception and dining hall is very good but rooms are quite old.Food is very good

Poor Service, Room hygiene and hotel Management. Charges (Room, Resturant, Even Room heater) are exorbitantly higher and due to that didn't availed any services offered. 1. Unclean, Unsafe, under-construction terrace was given as Balcony 2. No refrigerator in Room (it was in room description) 3. Bedsheet was not clean & had different coloured spots. 4. Good option for a peaceful stay in Naddi. The hotel ambience is cozy and the staff is courteous. The family suite is very spacious and has beds for 5 people. The food was delicious and served on time.
