Rude behaviour of manager at reception...he charged Rs 400 for early check-in and asked me to cancel booking but it was not refundable...very poor service by staff... interior location.....

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Narayana Leela Inn. The location is excellent — very close to major tourist spots and easy to find. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had all the basic amenities. Staff were polite and responsive. The food served was tasty and hygienic. I also liked the peaceful atmosphere and quick check-in process. Overall, it was a comfortable and budget-friendly stay. Highly recommended for couples or family travelers

this hotel was very bed experience because I am stay yesterday and I am booking non ac room because my side fault but I am asking ac room provide owner and manager ask you will extra pay 600 I am ask side ac room 800 plus gst show your hotel and paid by me but owner ask no paid 600 rs but bill not provided and service was very poor I am asking yesterday around 7.30 pm tv remote but today I am check out tv remote not provided hotel side very bed and very poor experience this hotel
