We just chanced on this hotel on the highway and booked our stay there. There is absolutely no regret. We were all down with severe cold and congestion. We asked for the kettle as the room we booked did not have one. Though we were not eligible, because of our situation, they sent one to the room. Also we need Vicks Action 500 and the medical shops are in the city and not near the hotel. They actually sent someone to buy some just for us. The quality of service, love and warmth received is equal to some of the best 5 star hotels I have stayed in. Will surely return to this place
