Not even worth for single star.. I regret to say that my experience did not meet expectations due to the poor maintenance of the room. The bathroom fixtures were either leaking or not in proper working condition.

Cleanliness is zero, we stayed for 2 nights but both the days we did not got hot water. They won't give you any details if you ask about car service or nearby places to visit soon.

Hotel was below average. Receptionist on reception was not aware of any booking cause of not having any PC or laptop. No dedicated parking space for hotel. Rooms were not cleaned properly. Bathroom was dirty. Lift was stinking with smell of alcohol. Horrible experience.

Hotel Naufal is located at prime location, very near to Bus Station and less than 1.5 Km to Mangalore Central Railway Station.
We had booked one triple room and one double room. The washroom of triple room was not so clean and we were not provided with blankets.
The staff in the reception and the boy accompanied us to the rooms were very helpful and friendly.
The property looks old and has to be maintained well.

its average hotel. people should look for Ac rooms and pay cash at hotel after seeing room. Location us advantage as all buses starts from nearby state bank circle

Worst hotel. it a 100-year-old room, bathroom water was not going and to smell in the room and with mosquito. please don't go to this hotel.
