we elderly couple suffered a bit discomfort as the property has no lift. otherwise it was good. tariff a bit high it seems

Its a average hotel with small rooms with gaudy coloured walls but its strength is that it is very centrally located . There is no room service or food or tea available and again its central location makes life easier with multiple hotels in the near vicinity for great food choices.Since it was high season and hotel bookings were almost 100 percent in Karwar we stayed at this central location and paid a price. Karwar has grown 300 percent and choice of posh restaurants is great indeed.
