Hotel location is nice, room was very decent and clean. We had taken room with view. Food was also tasty and we like it. Room service was fast. The receptionist is polite and helpful, hotel staff is also very warm and attentive. My trip was great and stay wad very memorable. Thanks to all staffs and management.

We had an amazing here. One of the staff member at the hotel. He was the kindest person I ever met and provided us with the best hospitality. We had well cooked as well as nicely decorated food. The rooms are spacious and cleanliness are maintained well nicely. Very beautiful surrounding and spectacular view.

I will try to be as unbiased as I can considering a little inconvenience I faced at this property. So I will begin with pros of it.Pros:1)located amidst lush jungle away from the hustle bustle of the market.2) secluded, no other hotels and market place near by3) rooms were spacious, clean and pleasant to look at.4) staff was extremely courteous. No connectivity to reach the hotel from dalhousie, no exhaust fan in washroom, beware of insects, too much walking to reach the hotel from the link road, lazy staff, unprofessional behavior of house keeping staff, food not good.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel. This is at best a 2 star property. Rooms are not clean. Layer of dust smeared on mirror, floor and table. Not cleaned in ages. Dirty linen as well. Location is worst! Not at all convenient. The deluxe room looks more like an average, common, local room, nothing deluxe. No mini fridge, iron / iron board, dental kit, bathrobes available as is mentioned in the description of the room, in the outdoors of Dalhousie, worst Very disappointing!!!
