bad exp room book 3bed but hotel owner not co operate and miss behavour getting 2bed room and extra matress charges 300 extra

Hotel staff are not cooperative. when asked for extra pilo the hotel owner straight said we don't have extra pillo. Asked to provide a water jug that took around 2 hours. The towels were in damaged condition. overall we didn't find good service by hotel management & staff.

we checked-in at around 5 pm. the hotel management was so terrible to vacate us before 12 pm for check out. as per the booking policy, 12 to 12 pm is the standard check in and out time. but the policy also informed that depending on the hotel, flexibility in check -in and out timings might be allowed. but, we were not allowed to stay till 2 pm and were not even permitted for 5 mins or 10 mins after 12 pm. despite the requisition of many times, the incharge person was not agreed and forced to vac ...more

the room is very small and congested. the bathroom is also very small and congested. the room is full of cracks on the wall. hopeless amenities like water and hangers for the cloth. felt like going away from the room. moreover while checking out of the hotel, an unknown face begs for a tip. worst experience 😭
