Stay was satisfied. As we were on a business trip to Chennai Trada Centre, it was quite OK. But will not be suitable for a family trip. Room was clean and hygienic. Clean linen. Staff behavior was good. Breakfast was good.

Very descent Hotel just 100 meters from Chennai trade centre...booked for my business trip by my company... The room is very neat ... Had a good sleep.. Had room service, Food was tasty...
Breakfast was very simple...
Value for money hotel...

Air Conditioner not working. Water OFF in the night. How can we go for toilet in the night. In the morning 7:00am, I had to go in towel to ask them to start water. Although we had paid room charges with breakfast - the hotel reception kept asking for extra money for breakfast.

Horrible Experience with lots of issues - No safety at all - 1.the windows were open & anyone can see what's happening inside the room - 2.No bath towel, 3.No bathroom mat, 4.Many buttons did n't work in TV remote, 5.No markings on the Set off Box remote - 6.Room telephone is not working. 7. No water bottles 8. no briefings about the switches leads to lots of confusion & unable to use the AC, only fan was on & that too on a slow mode. Point 2,3,& 7 was rectified after raising a complaint. Poins 1, 4,5 & 6 were not rectified at all. Worst Experience.
