The stay was comfortable, location of the property is amazing by river side, awesome view from room balcony, the amenities was average, reception staff and house keeping staff is too good. The food and service at Restaurant was average and needs improvement .
Amazing location and view from balcony of our room (Courtyard Suite) which we got upgraded by paying additional money.

Neugal River front Resort is an awesome place to chill and relax.The property is situated on the riverside and river is accessible to all the guests.All the rooms have riverside and mountain view which gives an excellent experience.One can have dinner on the riverside which is well arranged by the resort staff.
The room are pretty large and spacious with riverside view and the room cleanliness is top notch.

Stayed for 02 nights with family. It is an amazing property with luxurious rooms in a affordable price range. The view of river and mountains from balcony is breathtaking. The staff is extremely polite and the food served is simply delicious. Overall this property is highly recommended ššš

Each and every staff member was so nice, professional and helpful. They made our stay super comfortable. Thanks to each one of them.

No words would be enough to describe the location of the resort. It is beyond perfect, with the view of Dhaula dhar range and Neugal river.
Cleanliness - 4/5
Rooms were neat and clean. The linen however, needs to be replaced as it looked a bit worn out.
