When I reached the hotel, when I reached Patna, the manager of the hotel said that all the rooms have been booked, I said that I have booked the room with two eyes but he was not ready to do it, he said that no you have done it, then you go here, you will not get the room here, we have booked the room, then after many requests, we were given a room in it and when I told him that if you don't give then I will go to the police, then he gave me a room, the system there is very uselessEven after boo ...more

This is one of the worst hotel I've ever seen. There is nothing called room service in this hotel. Even they won't provide me a towel. Bed sheets are torn , the dustbin was not clean ,no provision of drinking water. Only thing good in this hotel is that the room was big , the AC & geyser was working. Overall experience was very bad. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

good behaviour of staff. hustle free checking.this hotel situated at good place near patna junction.
I have a suggestion to hotel that you can improve your hotel amenities. In my room towel was not provided infact I told to staff to give me a towel but he said that the towel is in your room but when I saw there is no towel.
