the stay was bad, if you want to stay here just book the super deluxe ac room, i booked deluxe double bed room which was ok, the lighting was poor. the blanket was soo dirty and looked like hadnt washed in 2-3 years, i asked them another blanket and he said they dont have any. we had to sleep without blanket in that cold winter

bad food poor hygiene very high cost they charge extra for everything staff is ill mannered they knock your door any time they want plates are not washed and they give it like that only they don't even give water bottles they charge for that also housekeeping is very poor as they didn't even change the bedsheets they put the same bed sheet after cleaning

it's ok ok experience to stay in this hotel. staff is not friendly and TV is not working. only room interior and bathroom is good.

i am a tourist. do lot of travelling throughout the year since twenty solid year.your service always stands excellent, but sir, l booked a room in hotel new golden veena at abu road on19.12.20. i am very up set to infrom u that the servoce was so miserable that beyond ur immagination 3rd class sirvice i have never see such kind

Good Stay, Far away From Mount Abu. almost 27 km Distance from Mount Abu. Room Was Clean but Washroom was Little Darty.

awsm room..service was good..place of hotel is also good..mst go there..only issue was with hot water which is supplied after 8 am bcoz of solar plant. rest is excellent..super clean
