Its a budget rooms. Wifi facility is NIL. Rooms were good. Open car parking in a vacant land. No soap and towels provided.

Very bad experience. Room smell was bad because of improper maintenance before check in. Breakfast was not provided... I booked with additional cost for breakfast. Owner does not have proper business ethics. He wants to cut cost in all aspects. A maid was there and she was not paid properly which affected our breakfast arrangements.
overall a pathetic experience.
